Review: Barry M Shimmering Body Creme in Golden Highlights

Good morning ladies! Another week is up ahead and I can already foresee mine to be super duper busy! I'm not complaining at all though as I much prefer being busy over having nothing to do!

Today I'm going to review a product I have been using very frequently lately, Barry M Shimmering Body Creme in Golden Highlights.

I got this for free as they were giving a set of four Barry M products with a tween magazine (I got mine minus the magazine hehe as the stationery owner is a friend of my Dad and he was kind enough to send me a set).  It comes in a clear plastic pot which holds 8g of product (very generous indeed!).

Now shimmer body creme is not really my thing, but I couldn't let this product go to waste could I??  Therefore, I use it as a cream eyeshadow base/inner eye corner highlight instead!  I think the texture is awesome and blends really well, providing my eyes with a subtle hint of gold shimmer.  Like all other creme products however, I recommend using a primer underneath this (especially if you use it as an eyeshadow) to prevent creasing and fading away of the product.  This product does not carry a scent.

I am very fond of this shimmer creme simply because it is so versatile and I like the colour of it as well.  Here's a swatch of it compared to a creme eyeshadow from the Revlon Warm & Toasty Limited Edition palette as I think they look similar:
